Rustic Candle Stick Projects

This is an example of recycling an old fence post into rustic candle stick holders. I cut them at no specific lengths just what I thought looked good for me. 

Here is a set of simple candle holders I made from an old fence post. I cut them at random heights and put votive candles on them.
I have never burned a candle on them. You would need to put the candles in small glass holders or something else to keep flame and candle wax from getting on wood. Holes could be drilled to hold tapered candles.

	I used a paddle bit to drill holes for the tapered candles.
