About me and my Rustic Decor Website

Hi all, I'm Jen. I have four kids and have learned how to get more for my rustic decorating dollar and want to share what I've learned, with you here at Woodland Chic.

I love the rustic look and wish I lived in a log home. ( I guess while I'm wishing, I'll have it on a lake, too!) Even though I don't live in a log home on a lake, I am still decorating my home with a little bit of all the styles I love.

I love rustic, old world, and Italian styles and have used some of each where I can and still have a lot to do to get my home how I picture it in my mind.

I want to share where you can get your rustic decor at the best prices and from reputable merchants, as I do.

I also want to show how I've done my own rustic projects and how you too can do your own.

 When I'm in a room that has a rustic feel to it makes me feel like I've gone back to a more simpler time. The worlds getting crazier by the day it seems and anything I can do to make my own little world more relaxing, I'm all for it.
